Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 working days and delivery confirmed by way of email (for tracking numbers etc).
Attraction Publishers will dispatch your purchase themselves, by use of the South African Post Office. A tracking number will be emailed to you with which you may enquire as to the progress of your delivery. This enquiry can be done online by entering your tracking number at http://oraweb.sapo.co.za/track_trace/owa/tt_history.main or by calling +27 (0)860-111-502. The cost quoted per product includes the cost associated with this delivery method.

Export restriction

There are no export restrictions applicable to the sale of products from this web site. Subsequently the offering on this web site is available to clients from any country.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Attraction Publishers is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Attraction Publishers will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10 % administration fee.
